The certification audit was carried out by Halal Control and consisted of two parts - Stage 1 and 2. At the Buzil plant in Memmingen, our products were checked and assessed by a food technologist and a doctor of Islamology. The two auditors were particularly impressed by the cleanliness, the professionalism and the good working atmosphere in the company. The certified products can now be used without hesitation in food processing areas that work according to halal specifications.
