The Buzil Company received the Platinum Award from EcoVadis again in 2023 - for the second time in a row. Only 1% of all companies assessed by Ecovadis have received the platinum award. This award confirms our outstanding performance in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and procurement. EcoVadis is the world's most reliable sustainability rating for companies.
Our ecolabels
The complete Planta product range carries at least one ecolabel. The EU Ecolabel was established by the European Commission in 1992. It identifies products that are more environmentally friendly and healthier than comparable goods. The Austrian Ecolabel also labels products according to a similar procedure.
Halal Certificate
The certification audit was carried out by Halal Control. At the Buzil plant in Memmingen, our products were inspected and examined by a food technologist and a doctor of Islamic studies. The two auditors were particularly impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and good working atmosphere in the company. The certified products can now be used without hesitation in food processing areas that work according to halal specifications.
