Problem at a Kaufland store:
In the warehouse, half of the porcelain stoneware tiles on the floor were clean and the other half were heavily soiled. The reason for this was that the surface of the soiled tiles was roughened, which caused the heavy soiling. The customer could not get the tiles clean and there was always a visible difference due to the roughened surface with the corresponding soiling.

The solution from our colleague on site:
1. intensive cleaning with our acidic intensive cleaner Erolcid G 491.
2. pick up the dirt and rinse with water.
3. intensive cleaning with our alkaline intensive cleaner Erol G 490.
4. pick up the dirt and rinse with water.
5. marvel at the result!

The difference in the test area is clear: the tiles are clean again and the customer is more than satisfied.
For this reason, the entire warehouse is now being cleaned in the same way and we are delighted to have been able to help once again.
