Both areas of life are converging and the boundaries between work and private life are becoming more fluid in terms of working hours. We are aware of the change in social values and the challenges of demographic development and see this as an opportunity. The health of our employees and their safety at work is of particular concern to us.
We actively support our employees in their family and social concerns and want to achieve a continuous improvement in the compatibility of work and family, whether it is childcare or caring for relatives, for example.
The family provides support in the job, the job provides support in the family. Work and family complement each other. That is why we have created a whole range of family-friendly framework conditions that make it easier to combine work and family life.

Active participation in initiatives
Initiative of the Bavarian State Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Family and Integration: the aims are to promote the careers of women, create a family-friendly corporate culture and establish a life-phase-oriented HR policy. Until April 2017, IFGE Gesellschaft für Innovationsforschung und Beratung mbH and pme Familienservice GmbH are coaching and supporting interested Bavarian companies on their way to a women- and family-friendly future.
In order to further improve the compatibility of family and career in Bavaria and to provide impetus in the corporate world and society, the Bavarian state government and the Bavarian economy have joined forces to form a powerful partnership: since then, the Bavarian Family Pact Service Centre has assumed its role as a central contact point, guide and initial advisor on the topic of reconciling family and career. Buzil was welcomed as the 100th official member of the Bavarian Family Pact in May 2016. www.familienpakt-bayern.de
