From 1953, when Franz Wagner expanded the commercial undertaking by adding a production facility, the company has grown into one of the most advanced chemical enterprises in Europe. All Application Technology employees are specialists in training and workshops in the area of cleaning and cleaning technology, and boast many years' of experience in the sector, but more importantly, also a passion for their profession.

From Memmingen to the whole world

Development of a European entrepreneurial culture is based on our strong market position in Germany. The company's current direction is distinctly international, with a focus on key markets in Europe. A number of our employees provide increasing support in France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. Importing specialist wholesalers in other countries are supported by means of individual measures on site. Greece and Poland have had their own buzil subsidiaries for many years, and an independent branch was set up in the United Arab Emirates in 2011.

Sustainability is not a once-off campaign at buzil. Instead, the company considers this to be an ongoing effort to find the best possible balance between the ecology, economy and social aspects, while conducting itself in a trustworthy, honest and cost-efficient manner. buzil has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified since August 1996, and has consequently boasted a functional quality management system for more than 15 years. Certification of the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001 was first achieved in April 2002 and is now in its tenth year. Furthermore, buzil has been committed to providing voluntary additional services concerning environmental protection as part of the Umweltpakt Bayern (Bavarian Environmental Pact). In 2011 the company again undertook to participate in the Umweltpakt Bayern: Sustainable economic activity in terms of environmental and climate protection. This programme runs over 5 years and aims to continually improve environmental protection in production, while focussing on tailor-made and efficient strategies based on initiative and business expertise.
